• आए भरत संग सब लोगा। कृस तन श्रीरघुबीर बियोगा॥
  बामदेव बसिष्ट मुनिनायक। देखे प्रभु महि धरि धनु सायक॥1॥

भावार्थ:
भरतजी के साथ सब लोग आए। श्री रघुवीर के वियोग से सबके शरीर दुबले हो रहे हैं। प्रभु ने वामदेव, वशिष्ठ आदि मुनिश्रेष्ठों को देखा, तो उन्होंने धनुष-बाण पृथ्वी पर रखकर-॥1॥

English Translation:
Bharat ji arrived with all the citizens, whose frail bodies had been weakened due to their separation from Lord Raghuveer. Bharat ji was also accompanied by top Sages like Guru Vashishth, Sage Vaamdev, and others. When the Lord saw the Sages, He immediately set His bow and arrows on the ground,…

• धाइ धरे गुर चरन सरोरुह। अनुज सहित अति पुलक तनोरुह॥
  भेंटि कुसल बूझी मुनिराया। हमरें कुसल तुम्हारिहिं दाया॥2॥

भावार्थ:
छोटे भाई लक्ष्मणजी सहित दौड़कर गुरुजी के चरणकमल पकड़ लिए, उनके रोम-रोम अत्यंत पुलकित हो रहे हैं। मुनिराज वशिष्ठजी ने (उठाकर) उन्हें गले लगाकर कुशल पूछी। (प्रभु ने कहा-) आप ही की दया में हमारी कुशल है॥2॥

English Translation:
…and rushed towards them with His younger brother Lakshman ji, and clasped the lotus-feet of His Guru Vashishth, with hair on their bodies bristling with emotion. Sage Vashishth embraced them and inquired about their well-being. Shri Ram responded, “We are well due to your grace only.”

• सकल द्विजन्ह मिलि नायउ माथा। धर्म धुरंधर रघुकुलनाथा॥
  गहे भरत पुनि प्रभु पद पंकज। नमत जिन्हहि सुर मुनि संकर अज॥3॥

भावार्थ:
धर्म की धुरी धारण करने वाले रघुकुल के स्वामी श्री रामजी ने सब ब्राह्मणों से मिलकर उन्हें मस्तक नवाया। फिर भरतजी ने प्रभु के वे चरणकमल पकड़े जिन्हें देवता, मुनि, शंकरजी और ब्रह्माजी (भी) नमस्कार करते हैं॥3॥

English Translation:
The epitome of righteousness, Shri Ram, then greeted all the Brahmins, bowing His head in reverence. Bharat ji then clasped the lotus feet of Lord Ram, which are revered by the Demigods, Sages, Lord Shankar, and Lord Brahma.

• परे भूमि नहिं उठत उठाए। बर करि कृपासिंधु उर लाए॥
  स्यामल गात रोम भए ठाढ़े। नव राजीव नयन जल बाढ़े॥4॥

भावार्थ:
भरतजी पृथ्वी पर पड़े हैं, उठाए उठते नहीं। तब कृपासिंधु श्री रामजी ने उन्हें जबर्दस्ती उठाकर हृदय से लगा लिया। (उनके) साँवले शरीर पर रोएँ खड़े हो गए। नवीन कमल के समान नेत्रों में (प्रेमाश्रुओं के) जल की बाढ़ आ गई॥4॥

English Translation:
Bharat ji remained prostrate on the ground, refusing to rise even when Lord Ram tried to lift him. The ocean of mercy, Lord Ram, then forcibly took hold of Shri Bharat and embraced him. The hair on His bluish-hued body bristled with emotion, and His lotus eyes were flooded with tears.

• राजीव लोचन स्रवत जल तन ललित पुलकावलि बनी।
  अति प्रेम हृदयँ लगाइ अनुजहि मिले प्रभु त्रिभुअन धनी॥
  प्रभु मिलत अनुजहि सोह मो पहिं जाति नहिं उपमा कही।
  जनु प्रेम अरु सिंगार तनु धरि मिले बर सुषमा लही॥1॥

भावार्थ:
कमल के समान नेत्रों से जल बह रहा है। सुंदर शरीर में पुलकावली (अत्यंत) शोभा दे रही है। त्रिलोकी के स्वामी प्रभु श्री रामजी छोटे भाई भरतजी को अत्यंत प्रेम से हृदय से लगाकर मिले। भाई से मिलते समय प्रभु जैसे शोभित हो रहे हैं, उसकी उपमा मुझसे कही नहीं जाती। मानो प्रेम और श्रृंगार शरीर धारण करके मिले और श्रेष्ठ शोभा को प्राप्त हुए॥1॥

English Translation:
Lord Ram’s lotus eyes streamed with tears of love, and His charming body was adorned with goosebumps all over. The Lord of the three spheres of the cosmos affectionately embraced His younger brother. Lord Shiv tells Parvati ji, “Uma, I cannot find words to express the beauty of the Lord’s meeting with His younger brother Bharat. It seemed as if love and beauty personified had come together in exquisite forms, glorifying the moment with splendour…

• बूझत कृपानिधि कुसल भरतहि बचन बेगि न आवई॥
  सुनु सिवा सो सुख बचन मन ते भिन्न जान जो पावई॥
  अब कुसल कौसलनाथ आरत जानि जन दरसन दियो।
  बूड़त बिरह बारीस कृपानिधान मोहि कर गहि लियो॥2॥

भावार्थ:
कृपानिधान श्री रामजी भरतजी से कुशल पूछते हैं, परंतु आनंदवश भरतजी के मुख से वचन शीघ्र नहीं निकलते। (शिवजी ने कहा-) हे पार्वती! सुनो, वह सुख (जो उस समय भरतजी को मिल रहा था) वचन और मन से परे है, उसे वही जानता है जो उसे पाता है। (भरतजी ने कहा-) हे कोसलनाथ! आपने आर्त्त (दुःखी) जानकर दास को दर्शन दिए, इससे अब कुशल है। विरह समुद्र में डूबते हुए मुझको कृपानिधान ने हाथ पकड़कर बचा लिया!॥2॥

English Translation:
…The merciful Lord asks Bharat about his well-being, but words do not readily come to his help. Listen Shiva (Parvati ji), the bliss that Bharat was experiencing is beyond one’s speech and intellect. It can only be understood by the one who receives it.” Bharat ji then replied, “O’ Lord of Koshal Kingdom, I am fine now that You have blessed me with Your sight, realizing the distress of Your servant. I was going to drown in the ocean of separation (from Shri Ram) but the all-merciful Lord, rescued me by holding my hand.”

• पुनि प्रभु हरषि सत्रुहन भेंटे हृदयँ लगाइ।
  लछिमन भरत मिले तब परम प्रेम दोउ भाइ॥5॥

भावार्थ:
फिर प्रभु हर्षित होकर शत्रुघ्नजी को हृदय से लगाकर उनसे मिले। तब लक्ष्मणजी और भरतजी दोनों भाई परम प्रेम से मिले॥5॥

English Translation:
The Lord then joyfully embraced Shatrughan ji close to His chest. After that, Lakshman ji and Bharat ji, the two brothers, met with utmost affection.

• भरतानुज लछिमन पुनि भेंटे। दुसह बिरह संभव दुख मेटे॥
  सीता चरन भरत सिरु नावा। अनुज समेत परम सुख पावा॥1॥

भावार्थ:
फिर लक्ष्मणजी शत्रुघ्नजी से गले लगकर मिले और इस प्रकार विरह से उत्पन्न दुःसह दुःख का नाश किया। फिर भाई शत्रुघ्नजी सहित भरतजी ने सीताजी के चरणों में सिर नवाया और परम सुख प्राप्त किया॥1॥

English Translation:
Then Lakshman ji embraced the younger brother Shatrughan ji. Their terrible agony of separation was alleviated. Bharat ji and Shatrughan ji bowed their heads at Sita ji’s feet and both the brothers experienced supreme delight.

• प्रभु बिलोकि हरषे पुरबासी। जनित बियोग बिपति सब नासी॥
  प्रेमातुर सब लोग निहारी। कौतुक कीन्ह कृपाल खरारी॥2॥

भावार्थ:
प्रभु को देखकर अयोध्यावासी सब हर्षित हुए। वियोग से उत्पन्न सब दुःख नष्ट हो गए। सब लोगों को प्रेम विह्नल (और मिलने के लिए अत्यंत आतुर) देखकर खर के शत्रु कृपालु श्री रामजी ने एक चमत्कार किया॥2॥

English Translation:
The citizens of Ayodhya rejoiced at the sight of the Lord. All their woes of separation came to an end. Noticing the people’s loving eagerness and excitement to meet the Lord, the destroyer of the demon Khar, the all-merciful Shri Ram performed a miracle.

• अमित रूप प्रगटे तेहि काला। जथाजोग मिले सबहि कृपाला॥
  कृपादृष्टि रघुबीर बिलोकी। किए सकल नर नारि बिसोकी॥3॥

भावार्थ:
उसी समय कृपालु श्री रामजी असंख्य रूपों में प्रकट हो गए और सबसे (एक ही साथ) यथायोग्य मिले। श्री रघुवीर ने कृपा की दृष्टि से देखकर सब नर-नारियों को शोक से रहित कर दिया॥3॥

English Translation:
At that moment, Shri Ram manifested Himself in countless forms, each reflecting how every person envisioned the gracious Lord in their hearts. By bestowing His merciful grace, Lord Raghuveer relieved all men and women of their grief.

• छन महिं सबहि मिले भगवाना। उमा मरम यह काहुँ न जाना॥
  एहि बिधि सबहि सुखी करि रामा। आगें चले सील गुन धामा॥4॥

भावार्थ:
भगवान्‌ क्षण मात्र में सबसे मिल लिए। हे उमा! यह रहस्य किसी ने नहीं जाना। इस प्रकार शील और गुणों के धाम श्री रामजी सबको सुखी करके आगे बढ़े॥4॥

English Translation:
In an instant, the Lord greeted everyone simultaneously. Lord Shiv said to Parvati ji, “Uma, no one could grasp this secret.” Having satisfied all, Shri Ram, the embodiment of kindness and virtues, proceeded further.

• कौसल्यादि मातु सब धाई। निरखि बच्छ जनु धेनु लवाई॥5॥

भावार्थ:
कौसल्या आदि माताएँ ऐसे दौड़ीं मानों नई ब्यायी हुई गायें अपने बछड़ों को देखकर दौड़ी हों॥5॥

English Translation:
Mother Kaushalya and the other mothers rushed forward to meet Shri Ram, just as a newly calved cow runs to its calf.

• जनु धेनु बालक बच्छ तजि गृहँ चरन बन परबस गईं।
  दिन अंत पुर रुख स्रवत थन हुंकार करि धावत भईं॥
  अति प्रेम प्रभु सब मातु भेटीं बचन मृदु बहुबिधि कहे।
  गइ बिषम बिपति बियोगभव तिन्ह हरष सुख अगनित लहे॥

भावार्थ:
मानो नई ब्यायी हुई गायें अपने छोटे बछड़ों को घर पर छोड़ परवश होकर वन में चरने गई हों और दिन का अंत होने पर (बछड़ों से मिलने के लिए) हुँकार करके थन से दूध गिराती हुईं नगर की ओर दौड़ी हों। प्रभु ने अत्यंत प्रेम से सब माताओं से मिलकर उनसे बहुत प्रकार के कोमल वचन कहे। वियोग से उत्पन्न भयानक विपत्ति दूर हो गई और सबने (भगवान्‌ से मिलकर और उनके वचन सुनकर) अगणित सुख और हर्ष प्राप्त किए।

English Translation:
It was like a newly calved cow, who was forced to leave her calf at home and spent the day grazing in the forest, returns to the city mooing and rushing to meet her calf with milk streaming from her udders. The Lord greeted all His mothers with utmost affection and spoke many gentle words to them. In this way, their terrible sorrow from Shri Ram’s separation was alleviated, and they experienced infinite joy and gratification.

• भेंटेउ तनय सुमित्राँ राम चरन रति जानि।
  रामहि मिलत कैकई हृदयँ बहुत सकुचानि॥6क॥

भावार्थ:
सुमित्राजी अपने पुत्र लक्ष्मणजी की श्री रामजी के चरणों में प्रीति जानकर उनसे मिलीं। श्री रामजी से मिलते समय कैकेयीजी हृदय में बहुत सकुचाईं॥6क॥

English Translation:
Mother Sumitra embraced her son Shri Lakshman, acknowledging his deep devotion to Lord Ram’s feet, while Mother Kaikeyi hugged Shri Ram with immense apprehension brimming in her heart.

• लछिमन सब मातन्ह मिलि हरषे आसिष पाइ।
  कैकइ कहँ पुनि पुनि मिले मन कर छोभु न जाइ॥6ख॥

भावार्थ:
लक्ष्मणजी भी सब माताओं से मिलकर और आशीर्वाद पाकर हर्षित हुए। वे कैकेयीजी से बार-बार मिले, परंतु उनके मन का क्षोभ (रोष) नहीं जाता॥6ख॥

English Translation:
Lakshman ji also hugged all the mothers and was delighted to receive their blessings. However, despite meeting Mother Kaikeyi repeatedly, he could not shake off his bitterness towards her.

• सासुन्ह सबनि मिली बैदेही । चरनन्हि लाग हरषु अति तेही॥
  देहिं असीस बूझि कुसलाता। होइ अचल तुम्हार अहिवाता॥1॥

भावार्थ:
जानकीजी सब सासुओं से मिलीं और उनके चरणों में लगकर उन्हें अत्यंत हर्ष हुआ। सासुएँ कुशल पूछकर आशीष दे रही हैं कि तुम्हारा सुहाग अचल हो॥1॥

English Translation:
Videhi ji met all her mothers-in-law and was deeply delighted to touch their feet in reverence. They inquired about Her well-being and blessed Her, saying, “May Your married life be blessed eternally.”

• सब रघुपति मुख कमल बिलोकहिं। मंगल जानि नयन जल रोकहिं॥
  कनक थार आरती उतारहिं। बार बार प्रभु गात निहारहिं॥2॥

भावार्थ:
सब माताएँ श्री रघुनाथजी का कमल सा मुखड़ा देख रही हैं। (नेत्रों से प्रेम के आँसू उमड़े आते हैं, परंतु) मंगल का समय जानकर वे आँसुओं के जल को नेत्रों में ही रोक रखती हैं। सोने के थाल से आरती उतारती हैं और बार-बार प्रभु के श्री अंगों की ओर देखती हैं॥2॥

English Translation:
All the mothers gazed at the Lord’s lotus feet, and recognising the moment as one of great rejoicing, they held back their tears. With golden plates in their hands, decorated with festal lights and paraphernalia, they performed arti for Shri Ram and repeatedly glanced at His form.

• नाना भाँति निछावरि करहीं। परमानंद हरष उर भरहीं॥
  कौसल्या पुनि पुनि रघुबीरहि। चितवति कृपासिंधु रनधीरहि॥3॥

भावार्थ:
अनेकों प्रकार से निछावरें करती हैं और हृदय में परमानंद तथा हर्ष भर रही हैं। कौसल्याजी बार-बार कृपा के समुद्र और रणधीर श्री रघुवीर को देख रही हैं॥3॥

English Translation:
They bestowed innumerable gifts, money, and presents to ward off the evil eye. Their hearts were filled with supreme bliss and joy. Mother Kaushalya gazed repeatedly at Shri Raghuveer, the ocean of mercy, who was unwaveringly steadfast in battle.

• हृदयँ बिचारति बारहिं बारा। कवन भाँति लंकापति मारा॥
  अति सुकुमार जुगल मेरे बारे। निसिचर सुभट महाबल भारे॥4॥

भावार्थ:
वे बार-बार हृदय में विचारती हैं कि इन्होंने लंकापति रावण को कैसे मारा? मेरे ये दोनों बच्चे बड़े ही सुकुमार हैं और राक्षस तो ब़ड़े भारी योद्धा और महान्‌ बली थे॥4॥

English Translation:
Each time she glanced at Shri Ram, she pondered in her heart, “How could He have defeated the King of Lanka? Both my sons are extremely young and delicate, whereas the demons were great warriors, immensely powerful and strong.”

• लछिमन अरु सीता सहित प्रभुहि बिलोकति मातु।
  परमानंद मगन मन पुनि पुनि पुलकित गातु॥7॥

भावार्थ:
लक्ष्मणजी और सीताजी सहित प्रभु श्री रामचंद्रजी को माता देख रही हैं। उनका मन परमानंद में मग्न है और शरीर बार-बार पुलकित हो रहा है॥7॥

English Translation:
Mother Kaushalya’s heart was filled with ecstasy and ultimate bliss at the sight of Shri Ram, Sita ji, and Lakshman ji. Her body was continually thrilling with emotion.

• लंकापति कपीस नल नीला। जामवंत अंगद सुभसीला॥
  हनुमदादि सब बानर बीरा। धरे मनोहर मनुज सरीरा॥1॥

भावार्थ:
लंकापति विभीषण, वानरराज सुग्रीव, नल, नील, जाम्बवान्‌ और अंगद तथा हनुमान्‌जी आदि सभी उत्तम स्वभाव वाले वीर वानरों ने मनुष्यों के मनोहर शरीर धारण कर लिए॥1॥

English Translation:
Vibhishan, the King of Lanka; Sugriv, the King of the Monkeys; Nal, Neel, Jambvant, Angad, Hanuman ji, and other monkeys who were all of virtuous disposition, assumed charming human forms.

• भरत सनेह सील ब्रत नेमा। सादर सब बरनहिं अति प्रेमा॥
  देखि नगरबासिन्ह कै रीती। सकल सराहहिं प्रभु पद प्रीती॥2॥

भावार्थ:
वे सब भरतजी के प्रेम, सुंदर, स्वभाव (त्याग के) व्रत और नियमों की अत्यंत प्रेम से आदरपूर्वक बड़ाई कर रहे हैं और नगर वासियों की (प्रेम, शील और विनय से पूर्ण) रीति देखकर वे सब प्रभु के चरणों में उनके प्रेम की सराहना कर रहे हैं॥2॥

English Translation:
With great reverence and love, they praised Bharat ji’s affection, amiability, austerity, and discipline. Observing the way of life of the citizens, they all extolled their devotion to the Lord’s feet.

• पुनि रघुपति सब सखा बोलाए। मुनि पद लागहु सकल सिखाए॥
  गुर बसिष्ट कुलपूज्य हमारे। इन्ह की कृपाँ दनुज रन मारे॥3॥

भावार्थ:
फिर श्री रघुनाथजी ने सब सखाओं को बुलाया और सबको सिखाया कि मुनि के चरणों में लगो। ये गुरु वशिष्ठजी हमारे कुलभर के पूज्य हैं। इन्हीं की कृपा से रण में राक्षस मारे गए हैं॥3॥

English Translation:
Then Shri Raghupati called upon all His friends and instructed them, “Bow at the feet of Sage Vashishth. He is my Guru and is revered by the entire clan. It is due to his mercy that all the demons were defeated in the battle.”

• ए सब सखा सुनहु मुनि मेरे। भए समर सागर कहँ बेरे॥
  मम हित लागि जन्म इन्ह हारे। भरतहु ते मोहि अधिक पिआरे॥4॥

भावार्थ:
(फिर गुरुजी से कहा-) हे मुनि! सुनिए। ये सब मेरे सखा हैं। ये संग्राम रूपी समुद्र में मेरे लिए बेड़े (जहाज) के समान हुए। मेरे हित के लिए इन्होंने अपने जन्म तक हार दिए (अपने प्राणों तक को होम दिया) ये मुझे भरत से भी अधिक प्रिय हैं॥4॥

English Translation:
Ram ji then introduced his friends to His Guru and said, “Kindly listen O’ Sage, these are my friends who served as a vessel to help me cross the ocean of battle. They risked their lives for my cause and are dearer to me than even Bharat.”

• सुनि प्रभु बचन मगन सब भए। निमिष निमिष उपजत सुख नए॥5॥

भावार्थ:
प्रभु के वचन सुनकर सब प्रेम और आनंद में मग्न हो गए। इस प्रकार पल-पल में उन्हें नए-नए सुख उत्पन्न हो रहे हैं॥5॥

English Translation:
Hearing the Lord’s words, everyone was lost in ecstatic love, with each moment bringing forth new joy.

• कौसल्या के चरनन्हि पुनि तिन्ह नायउ माथ।
  आसिष दीन्हे हरषि तुम्ह प्रिय मम जिमि रघुनाथ॥8क॥

भावार्थ:
फिर उन लोगों ने कौसल्याजी के चरणों में मस्तक नवाए। कौसल्याजी ने हर्षित होकर आशीषें दीं (और कहा-) तुम मुझे रघुनाथ के समान प्यारे हो॥8क॥

English Translation:
They all bowed their heads at Mother Kaushalya’s feet, and she joyfully blessed them, saying, “You are all as dear to me as Raghunath.”

• सुमन बृष्टि नभ संकुल भवन चले सुखकंद।
  चढ़ी अटारिन्ह देखहिं नगर नारि नर बृंद॥8ख॥

भावार्थ:
आनन्दकन्द श्री रामजी अपने महल को चले, आकाश फूलों की वृष्टि से छा गया। नगर के स्त्री-पुरुषों के समूह अटारियों पर चढ़कर उनके दर्शन कर रहे हैं॥8ख॥

English Translation:
As the fountain of joy (Lord Ram) proceeded to His palace, the sky was filled with showers of flowers. Groups of men and women of the city climbed the terraces to catch a glimpse of the Lord.

• कंचन कलस बिचित्र सँवारे। सबहिं धरे सजि निज निज द्वारे॥
  बंदनवार पताका केतू। सबन्हि बनाए मंगल हेतू॥1॥

भावार्थ:
सोने के कलशों को विचित्र रीति से (मणि-रत्नादि से) अलंकृत कर और सजाकर सब लोगों ने अपने-अपने दरवाजों पर रख लिया। सब लोगों ने मंगल के लिए बंदनवार, ध्वजा और पताकाएँ लगाईं॥1॥

English Translation:
Everyone adorned the entrance doors of their homes with unique golden urns filled with auspicious articles. They prepared festoons, ensigns, and flags to celebrate the auspicious return of Shri Ram.

• बीथीं सकल सुगंध सिंचाई। गजमनि रचि बहु चौक पुराईं।
  नाना भाँति सुमंगल साजे। हरषि नगर निसान बहु बाजे॥2॥

भावार्थ:
सारी गलियाँ सुगंधित द्रवों से सिंचाई गईं। गजमुक्ताओं से रचकर बहुत सी चौकें पुराई गईं। अनेकों प्रकार के सुंदर मंगल साज सजाए गए और हर्षपूर्वक नगर में बहुत से डंके बजने लगे॥2॥

English Translation:
All the alleys were sprinkled with perfumes and scented water, and many courtyards were decorated with rare pearls from elephants’ foreheads. Various lovely and auspicious items were displayed everywhere, and a multitude of kettledrums sounded simultaneously.

• जहँ तहँ नारि निछावरि करहीं। देहिं असीस हरष उर भरहीं॥
  कंचन थार आरतीं नाना। जुबतीं सजें करहिं सुभ गाना॥3॥

भावार्थ:
स्त्रियाँ जहाँ-तहाँ निछावर कर रही हैं और हृदय में हर्षित होकर आशीर्वाद देती हैं। बहुत सी युवती (सौभाग्यवती) स्त्रियाँ सोने के थालों में अनेकों प्रकार की आरती सजाकर मंगलगान कर रही हैं॥3॥

English Translation:
Throughout the city, women distributed gifts, gave charity, and bestowed blessings upon Lord Ram with their hearts full of delight. Holding golden plates, young women performed arti and sang auspicious festal songs.

• करहिं आरती आरतिहर कें। रघुकुल कमल बिपिन दिनकर कें॥
  पुर सोभा संपति कल्याना। निगम सेष सारदा बखाना॥4॥

भावार्थ:
वे आर्तिहर (दुःखों को हरने वाले) और सूर्यकुल रूपी कमलवन को प्रफुल्लित करने वाले सूर्य श्री रामजी की आरती कर रही हैं। नगर की शोभा, संपत्ति और कल्याण का वेद, शेषजी और सरस्वतीजी वर्णन करते हैं-॥4॥

English Translation:
They performed arti for Shri Ram, who alleviates the pain of His devotees and brings joy to the Raghu clan, much like the Sun delights the lotus blossoms. The Vedas, Lord Sesha, and Goddess Saraswati extol Ayodhya’s splendour, wealth, and good fortune…

• तेउ यह चरित देखि ठगि रहहीं। उमा तासु गुन नर किमि कहहीं॥5॥

भावार्थ:
परंतु वे भी यह चरित्र देखकर ठगे से रह जाते हैं (स्तम्भित हो रहते हैं)। (शिवजी कहते हैं-) हे उमा! तब भला मनुष्य उनके गुणों को कैसे कह सकते हैं॥5॥

English Translation:
…However, even they were dazed by this spectacle. Lord Shiv said to Parvati ji, “Uma, how then can a mere human describe the virtues of the Lord?”
